If you hit thrift stores, garage sales, flea markets or even your grand mother's closet you could be making cash! If you're unfamiliar, on Sundays, the Playground performs buy-outs!
Here's how it works:
First, scroll through our blog to see what kind of pieces we currently have and are looking for either on our blog, facebook, or in the store.
Then, start digging, digging for gold!
Once you have some pieces in mind bring them on down to the playground on Sunday between 12 and 4, we'll see if there's anything we can help you sell, and Bam! you get cash on the spot.

Topshop Fall/Winter is boring.
Topshop's FW10 is the same old knits, ponchos, lace, harness boots bla bla. As trendsetters they seem to have hit a brick wall. Cute picture none the less. But, that doesn't make in interesting.But-Anyways- Friends and Family sale is going on as a big thank you to everyone

Our apologies for being closed on this past sunday but some health issues decided to surface and we could not remain open.

Lavender and Air Conditioning

Happpy Wednesday from Marilyn on a bike and... the Playground!
it's 10:10 and we'll be open from now until 7pm tonight surely
Hopefully, by continueing to post on this blog everyday we can help prevent you (the people!) from popping by and us being closed.
If I haven't said it enough I truly do apologize for the last month and not keeping our hours. We had some difficulty with employees but if you can dig deep deep down inside for the faith you have in the playground i promise you we're coming back twice as playful!
In the meantime, to the good stuff :)

I almost forgot .Faeries.

Fairy things this week !!
A wreath made of dried flowers (ooooooh)
Some fun long dangly necklaces - one with a french love poem written on it, and another a tiny hand painted clock on a long chain (oooooh as well)
A Mr. Potato Head...
Also, more lovely summer dresses, a few halters both vintage and new around sizes 4-7. Some express, urban renewal, 70's pieces, fun household jazz and some great Stephen King beach books for .75 a buck!!
Oh! Boy, one more thing! PLUS SIZES. We just got in a TON of Spring and Summer pieces for sizes 14-18 L-XXL, and they're pretty damn cute.

New Pieces for the First Week of April!!
Pictures will be up soon but an family member of mine just brought in some things she wanted to consign.
Amongst her AWESOME gadgets was a vintage purse lined with blue velvet and in the shape of almost a genie bottle - priced at $24.
Other items include size 28 Jill Sander Jeans $24, a beautiful Diane Von Furstenburg button down vest dress $23, a size Medium CBGB t-shirt $12, a Johnny Thunders t-shirt $12, a GREATTTTTTT set of a floor length leather vest and poncho with AMAZING detail, both $30 each.
